About these terms
These Terms govern your use of Vigie Watch, an individually operated service based in Brazil. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice.
The service
Vigie Watch receives signals from integrations you configure and delivers notifications to devices you pair. Features, usage allowances, availability, and supported integrations may change as the service develops.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account. An OAuth provider may be used to create or access an account when it returns the same verified email.
Optional product analytics
With your permission, we collect limited product analytics to understand how people use Vigie Watch, diagnose friction and failures, and improve the user experience. Analytics uses random identifiers separate from your account; this is pseudonymous data, not a guarantee of complete anonymity. Notification content, credentials, and text you enter are excluded from analytics. The Privacy Notice explains collection, sharing, and your controls. Agreeing to these Terms does not opt you into analytics, and declining analytics does not limit service features.
Acceptable use
Do not use Vigie Watch to break the law, harm others, interfere with the service, send abusive or unlawful content, probe security controls, or exceed access limits. You must have the right to send any notification content you submit.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Notifications can be delayed or fail because of networks, providers, devices, configuration, or maintenance. To the extent permitted by law, Vigie Watch is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service or delete your account. Access may be restricted to protect the service, comply with law, or address material misuse. Account deletion is permanent after confirmation.
Governing law and contact
